Course Overview:

Learn practical tips to avoid the most common ethical pitfalls and protect your practice. Topics include IOLA management, protecting yourself from client neglect complaints and what to do if a Grievance is filed against you.

This course is co-hosted by the NYS Academy of Trial Lawyers.
