Description

Join us on the last Wednesday of the month for the Brooklyn Bar’s new Lunch and Learn series.

This presentation will focus on trial evidence, with a particular emphasis on business records. We will address trials of cases seeking to recover first-party no-fault benefits and how the rules of evidence apply..
