Description

This program will walk you through the special education law process and specifically how it applies to underserved populations. What is the status of the Student when the families realize they need legal assistance, what steps are taken to address a denial of a free appropriate public education (FAPE) in an impartial hearing, and the type of relief that can be awarded.

Pre-registration is required. REGISTRATION FOR THIS COURSE WILL BE CLOSED TWO HOURS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
