Description

Finding and determining income is often the most critical component of any equitable distribution case. This presentation will discuss the components of income as it pertains to Domestic Relations Law and how it manifests from various assets. The underlying topics will include discussions on phantom income, the differences between income and cash flow, imputing income from assets and when a lifestyle analysis is required. While the theory is important, the presentation will be based on various case studies developed from actual engagements.
