We can help.
In these challenging economic times, you cannot afford to miss any more work than you have to. You have bills to pay and maybe dependents as well who rely on your salary or wages. Then while you’re out on disbility, you wonder whether you’ll have a job to return to.
If you’ve been injured at work, you’re entitled to workers’ compensation. If you’re not getting the benefits that you think you may be entitled to, you should talk with an experienced, qualified attorney who can advise you about your rights and represent you if you need to fight for your benefits.
Disability benefits and Social Security Disability (SSD)
If you’re unable to work and think you may be entitled to some type of disability benefit from your employer’s insurance company or from the State or federal government, you should contact us to consult with an attorney about what you may be entitled to. If you’re already receiving benefits but think your payments are too low, or if your benefits were recently discontinued, a qualified disability attorney may be able to advise you about that as well.
Let us help you find the qualified, prescreened workplace injury or disability attorney who is right for you.
