Description:
This course will discuss various legal issues regarding video evidence, including authentication of videos in evidence, proper methodology for obtaining video from third party surveillance systems, spoliation, and various other topics. We will cover both legal theory as well as practical considerations needed to obtain, effectively use (or preclude) video into evidence.
