The Section Chief is responsible for a large number of hospital accounts and has frequent interaction with the hospital finance and executive staff. Legal work includes cost-recovery litigation in New York State Supreme and Surrogate’s Courts, Article 81 proceedings, a broad range of motion practice, and judgment enforcement.

The selected candidate will lead team investigations of allegations of financial fraud in the healthcare industry, and of abuse and neglect of residents of healthcare facilities, present evidence to grand juries, and conduct evidentiary hearings and trials in New York State courts.
